-2 Passport-type photographs

-Tourist voucher from hotel in Azerbaijan that lists the hotel confirmation number.

-Postal  money order made out to Consulate of Azerbaijan for:

• The AZERBAIJAN tourist or business visa is usually issued for a single entry for a period of 3 months from date of issue, provided the passport remains valid, for a period of stay up to 30 days.
