-Submit your U.S. Passport, must be signed, and have at least six months remaining validity
-2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
-2 Passport-type photographs required
-Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
- Postal money order made out to the Consulate of Burkina Faso for:

Business Visa
-Submit your U.S. Passport, must be signed, and have at least six months remaining validity

-Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
-A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Burkina Faso, Visa Section, Washington DC
The letter must explain all of the following:
Nature of business to be performed.
Name and address of reference to be visited.
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.

Visa Notes
- The Burkina Faso tourist or business visa is usually valid for five years from date issued, for a stay not to exceed 90 days.
- Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is not required at time of visa issuance, however the Embassy of Burkina Faso advises that it must be presented upon arrival.
