Hello Kerri!
 
It seems like much more than a month ago when you were busting your....back....getting my passport and getting it FAST!  I am here in Iraq, yeah, it's hot.  Yes, we have incoming fire (small arms, mortars, the occasional rocket like last night) on a regular basis.  Yes, it's pretty harsh.  However - I am making great money and really enjoy the work.  So, no complaints here!
 
I just wanted to send you this very overdue note - I have been traveling literally since last month every 2-3 days until last week - and express my heartfelt thanks and admiration for you and your team's dedication, professionalism and customer service excellence.  Your company really epitomizes what customer service is all about, and it shows when the job is NOT easy.  Easy, anyone can do that.  Difficult - and I don't know how someone's case could have been more difficult than mine - that's the measure of when a company can really perform.  And you outperformed every step of the way.
 
I will of course be referring your company to everyone I know that is contemplating overseas travel.  I hope that this note finds you and your company doing as well as you deserve.
