-2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed

-2 Passport-type photographs required

-Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter from travel agent

-Postal money order made out to Consulate of Gabon for:

Business Visa

-A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Embassy of Gabon, Visa Section

The letter must detail all of the following:

-Nature of business to be performed;

-Name and address of reference to be visited;

-Exact duration of stay in Gabon

-Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.

-The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant

-Postal money order made out to Consulate of Gabon for:

The visa is usually valid for three months from date issued, for the specified period of time on your application, not to exceed a maximum of four month
