-1 Visa Application Form completed and signed

-1 recent passport-type photograph

-Postal money order made out to the Consulate of Jordan for:

Business Visa

-Your valid, signed U.S. Passport /must have at least 6 months remaining validity

-1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed

-1 recent passport-type photograph

-A business letter of responsibility  is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Embassy of Jordan, Visa Section
The letter must explain all of the following:

-The purpose of the trip

-Name and address of company to be visited

-Financial responsibility and return transportation are guaranteed.

-Postal money order made out to the Consulate of Jordan for:

• The Jordan tourist or business visa is issued usually for a single journey during a three month period, or multiple entries during 6 months period, for stay of up to 30 days each entry.
