- Submit your valid signed U.S. passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
- 1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
Note: In June 2009 the Kenyan Embassy introduced an online based visa application. This replaces the earlier hand written applications. Please note when you click on the link above scroll to the bottom of the instruction page click "Continue with Online Application" Complete the online application then Download Print and Sign the application. - 2 Passport-type photographs
- You must complete and send an Authorization Letter addressed, "Attn: Embassy of Kenya" stating "I authorize Visa Passport Pro to pick up my passport and to discuss the status of my application with the Embassy of Kenya Visa Section." . Click here for the Authorization Letter
- Copy of return or onward tickets or travel agency/airline itinerary
- Postal Money Order made out to the Consulate of Kenya for

- A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Kenya, Visa Section, - The letter must explain all of the following:
- The purpose of travel
- Business reference to be visited in Kenya
- Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Kenya
- Return transportation to the U.S.A
- Postal Money order made out to the Consulate of Kenya for
