Tourist Visa
A tourist visa valid for a stay up to 30 days, may be issued, free of charge, at airport on arrival.
-Submit your U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
-1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
-1 Passport-type photographs required
-Copy of round trip airline tickets -or- itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
-Postal Money order made out to the Consulate of Madagascar for

Business Visa (must be issued prior to arrival)
-Submit your U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
-1 Visa Application Form, fully completed and signed
-1 Passport-type photograph required
-Copy of round trip airline tickets -or- itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
-A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Madagascar, Visa Section
The letter should state the following:
-Purpose of travel and duties to be performed
-Name and address of reference to be visited
-Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
-The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
-Postal Money order made out to the Consulate of Madagascar for

Visa Notes
- The Madagascar tourist or business visa is usually valid for six months from date issued, for a stay not to exceed 90 days
