- 1 Application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 Passport-type photographs required
Business Visa
- Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)
- 1 Application form, fully completed and signed
- 1 Supplemental application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 Passport-type photographs required
- An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan should be provided
- A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
Embassy of Pakistan, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
The letter must state all of the following: - The nature of the business to be performed
- The name and address of the business reference to be visited
- Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
- Guarantee return transportation to the USA.
- The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.
- Note: Members of the news media must also complete FORM-A
- Consular Fee:
$124.00 Per Tourist Visa - Tourist - Single or Multiple Entries
$185.00 - Per Business Visa - Single or Multiple Entries
The Consular fee is non-refundable, even in the event the visa is denied or substantially delayed
Visa Notes
- The Pakistan tourist or business visa is usually valid for two entries within three months from date issued, the business visa may be valid up to one year, for a stay not to exceed 30 days. Former citizens of Pakistan, presenting an old Pakistan passport or National ID card, may apply for a muliple entry visa valid up to 5 years.
- Other tourist and business visitors may apply for a multiple entries visa, and, at the discretion of the consulate, it may be approved or a double entries visa may be granted instead. Consular fees, once submitted, are non-refundable.
