• Submit your U.S. Passport (must be at least 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs required (Color only).
• Copy of return/onward airline tickets -or- airline itinerary
• Letter from the applicant stating the reason for the visit to Qatar
• Two copies of your passport's vital pages

Business Visa

• Submit your U.S. Passport (Must be valid at least 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
• 2 Passport-type photographs required (color only)
• Two copies of your passport's vital pages.
• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
  
  Embassy of Qatar, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
  
  The letter must explain all the following
• The purpose of travel
• Full name and address of host company or organization in Qatar to be visited
• Guarantee financial support and return transportation for the visit.
