Tourist Visa

• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity and must contain at least two blank facing pages - not including Pages 22, 23, or 24)
• 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
• 1 Passport-type photograph required
• International certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever

Business Visa

• Submit your valid signed U.S. passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity and must contain at least two blank facing pages - not including Pages 22, 23, or 24))
• 1 Visa Application Forms, completed and signed
• 1 Passport-type photographs required
• International certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on company letterhead to the attention of:
  
  Embassy of Sao Tome, Consular Section, Washington D.C
  
  The letter must explain all of the following:
• The purpose of travel
• Business reference to be visited
• Guarantee financial support for the applicant, as well as return transportation to the U.S.A.
• The letter must be signed by a company officer, other than the traveler.

• Consular Fee:

$65.00 per visa - tourist, single entry for up to 3 months
$70.00 per visa - tourist, multiple entry for up to 6 months
$85.00 per visa - business, single entry for up to 3 months
$90.00 per visa - business, multiple entry for up to 6 months
