Tourist Visa

• Submit valid U.S. Passport /must valid at least 6 months remaining validity and
  contain at least one blank visa page. Passports with extension stamp and/or added pages are not acceptable. If you passport has had pages added you must apply for a passport renewal.
• 2 Tajikistan Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed. (Date of entry and exit must be answered in question #12)
• 2 Passport-type photographs required
• Cover letter addressed to the Embassy of Tajikistan requesting a tourist visa, or, visa support letter from Tajikistan confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Business Visa

• Visa support letter from Tajikistan confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs -OR-
• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
  
  Embassy of Tajikistan, Visa Section, Washington D.C.
  
  The letter must explain all of the following
• The purpose and duration of visit
• The name of a reference in Tajikistan
• Company's guarantee financial responsibility for all travel expenses
