• Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)
• 3 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
• 3 Passport-Type Photographs
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
• Copy of round trip airline ticket or itinerary, or letter from travel agent

Business Visa

• Submit your U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity)
• 3 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
• 3 Passport-Type Photographs
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
• A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:
  
  Embassy of Togo, Visa Section, Washington DC
  
  The letter must explain all of the following:
• The nature of business to be performed
• Name and address of reference to be visited
• Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant

Visa Notes

• The TOGO tourist or business visa is usually valid for multiple entries for three months from date issued, for a stay up to one (1) year, at the discretion of immigration authorities on arrival.
• Passport must have at least six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued. Special requirements exist for U.S. Official and Diplomatic passport holders
