• Submit your valid passport, must have at least six months validity remaining
• 2 Visa Application Forms, completed and signed
• 2 passport-type photographs, taken within past 3 months
• Copy of itinerary or air tickets showing round trip transportation
• If permanent resident of U.S.A., submit photocopy of U.S. Alien Registration (GREEN) Card
• A business letter of financial responsibility is required, Typewritten on company letterhead, to attention:
  
  Embassy of Trinidad and Tobago, Visa Section, Washington DC

The letter must explain all of the following

• The purpose of the trip
• Company reference to be visited, and guarantee of financial support and return transportation to the U.S. for the applicant.
• The letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.
